This product is a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to use the Rockin’ Rhythms curriculum and member website.
FREE MEMBERSHIPS
There is no charge for COVID-19 Memberships. Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial use, with your children or in your preschool classroom. These memberships will expire in July of 2021.
PERSONAL PAYMENTS
Payments for paid plans process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (yearly or monthly), unless you are signed up for a $1 Trial membership, in which case your membership will expire in 14 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the electronic nature of this product and the fact that it cannot be "returned," RockinRhythms.com has a no refunds policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be able to cancel any future payments as long as you submit the cancellation form prior to the next payment processing date.
Cancellations will be effective once the cancellation request has processed. At that time, you will be unable to log in to Rockin’ Rhythms Music, and no longer licensed to teach or advertise Rockin’ Rhythms Music classes, or use any of the original content contained within the curriculum.

If you cancel and then decide to join the Rockin’ Rhythms again at a later time, you will be reinstated at the current membership rate, regardless of any special offers or discounts you received in the past.
USE OF CURRICULUM AND MEMBER WEBSITE
- Agreement.
This Agreement (the “Agreement’”) specifies the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of the Rockin’ Rhythms Music Community and describes the terms and conditions applicable to your access of and use of the Site. This Agreement may be modified at any time by Rockin’ Rhythms Music upon posting of the modified agreement. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. Each use by you shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
- Intellectual Property Ownership.

The use of this website is at the discretion of Rockin’ Rhythms Music. Rockin’ Rhythms Music may terminate your use of this website at any time.

(e) All content (including but not limited to images, text, uploaded files, etc.) submitted to, uploaded, by members may be used in any way by Rockin’ Rhythms Music. This includes but is not limited to forum posts, files, testimonials, etc.
