Color Song for the 4th of July

Here’s a preschool idea that you can use at home this 4th of July… it’s a color game! Find the red, white, and blue!

This activity is taken from the Tot Rock class which is part of our early childhood education music curriculum.

Hang felt on three walls in the room. You could also use construction paper or even different objects. Then show children where the colors or objects are, and then review the colors. Sing the song to the tune of London Bridge, have children run and touch the color you are singing about.
